That is all I can say.  I received a Super Cardio DVD from Tony.  I thought I would try it on my MCM students.  I just added a few jacks in between, couldn't hurt anything right?  They were huffing and puffing after the first segment.  Who would have thought.  Right!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope they will be ready for the Plyo legs tonight.  I am just going to add some push-ups in there as well.  I think it will give them a great workout.  We did Back and Biceps on Monday, the crazy Super Cardio last night and then Legs and Chest tonight which doing push-ups is an all around exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the super cardio, I incorporated the Killer Abs which I think I am going to use on my Core Training folks today.  They are going to die. What happened to everyone.  I guess the cardio really got to them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday, we did Chest and Back to kick off the 6 weeks.  I did not make them do the Dive Bombers push-ups because I did not think they were ready for that yet.  So, I decided just to leave that one off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first class went great.  Everyone had really great form.  I was really impressed.  They really had a hard time on some of the push-ups. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You know there is someone in every crowd that just can do everything.  I have a female who is like that.  I had one from the last class too.  Really going to push her this six weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second class, I decided to workout with them.  I only had five kids, so I thought sure I can do this too.  Why not.  I want to get ripped too.  I am a little sore today.  Hey, I have losted my Christmas weight.  Yeah me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seems like I always get too involved to take pictures on weight training days. I really stoked about this.  We have 26 people.  They are all ready to get fit and take their level of fitness up a notch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last night we did our testing.  There is great room for improvement.  The veterans did really great against the wall-sits.  We had Hardin-Simmons versus McMurry.  It was awesome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonight is the first night for cardio.  We will definitely see who is in shape and who is not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dada is lined up for the first have of the session, then I will come in and do a couple of Turbo spots.  I am excited about that.  I wish I could video tape them. I have some great new exercises to throw at the veterans of this program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I  have a great group of kids. I have right now 21 signed up. That is amazing. It keeps growing and growing which is good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dada just informed me that next semester the Fall 09 we should be able to get the Core Pole. I am so excited about that. That means more exercises and more plyometrics to incorporate. Yeah!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just love a great workout. I will be getting a double workout having back to back classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a class at 8:00 and a class at 9:00 p.m. If you are interested, let's do it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come on, what do you have to lose, nothing but gain strength and lose a little body fat. This group showed so much improvement that I am estactic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I put together a little video so everyone can see.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed leading this fine group of kids.  We had such a great time and they were so dedicated on feeling better.  We had some remarkable improvements.  I had a couple of them who did the wall squats over 6 minutes.  I know I can't do that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Everyone doubled their push-ups which is awesome. Some of them told me that this time around seemed alot better to do the exercises. They hurt like before but they had better control and could do all the reps much better than at the beginning. I tell you what, the group looked like a bunch of misfits at the beginning but now they really look good. Their forms are good on some and improving everyday. That is what I like to see. Improvement! Yes, they have made me proud to know each and every one of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, I don't know about some of you, but pull-ups are my nemesis. I can't do them, okay I can do a couple now, and probably never will be able to do them. I just have to keep trying.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I planned a Circuit today on Tuesday. I had I think 12 stations. Boy! The Extreme group were huffing and puffing by the fifth station. Thanksgiving must have really blew it for some.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We did jacks after each exercise station. We did Lunge jumps, we did soccer taps, we did a step up with weights in which they did a bicep curl, lateral raise, front raise and the an upright row. All while going up, up and down, down. Then they did this squat hop thing, not sure what I call it but it gives the legs a burn. I love it. They did a walk on hands with a glider on their feet, now this exercise really pushed them, it was no joke. You have to keep your core in. We did the run-stance turn on the step and then Burpees. We did this circuit twice. What a workout, and they did awesome. I decided to do the Plyometric exercise on Tuesday night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whew!  All I can say is Wow!  I had not done that program in a while and it kicked my butt.  I totally love that.  I felt so good afterwards. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope realized not to eat right before MCM extreme workout.  I too had a some meal about 2 hours earlier, thought I was good, but the Top Ramon just sat right at the top (hehe).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sometimes, it is hard to tell if some people are really working hard as they can, but after Tuesday night I saw the sweat just dripping off of most of the group. Way to go group.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thursday night we will also work legs in the Plyo legs.  I will substitute some exercises with extra cardio just to keep it fresh.  This will give the group at least Friday and Saturday and part Sunday to recoup.  Yes, we are working out on Sunday night because the Thankgiving two days off from school, well actually 3 days off just kind of messes things up.  The group themselves decided to put in a Sunday workout and then a Monday at noon workout because I am going out to eat for my Birthday.  Hey, I like birthdays too.  Got to get me some cake. Whew! I don't know about the group but I am seeing a difference. I am feeling stronger, and I can do things better and a few more reps than when I started.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The chest is the one that kills me. I can do push-ups on my knees a quit of few times, but when it comes to standard push-ups, gosh it just takes everything out of me. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We tried some one-arm push-ups and wide push-ups, push-ups that are close to the ribs. I hope to be able to do more standard push-ups by the end of the 5 weeks. I know I will be able to, the question is will they be able to do more pull-ups and more push-ups. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We definitely got a burn on the biceps and we all left that night PUMPED! Yea baby! We were definitely showing some guns. I love the biceps. The triceps are my stubborn muscle of them all. Everyone had trouble with some of the triceps moves, but now that we have taught the body how to do them, the next time around should be a little easier.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We definitely need to get more weights for these guys, so that everyone can have a set or at least be able to share more than one set. HA! That was fun trying to do a burn out with one set for four people to use. Well, that is when you have to learn to adjust really quick. For the ladies we used the resistance bands. For the fellows they used the pull up bars.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;We had only down like two exercises in this program and the group was huffing and puffing.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have been through this routine and it is a killer on the legs. I love it though. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Okay, so the next day it was Cardio day. What to do, because the Cardio Intervals have quit a bit of leg work in it, so I asked the group what they would like to do. Turbokick or Cardio Intervals, they picked TurboKick. Wow! I would not have thought, but I am glad they did. It was a workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We did 4 Turbos you all. Had my heart rate going. We did a Northside vs. Southside. We definitely had a great time and burned some calories.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I love this group because they like to work hard. I was really impressed. Now, was the time to see how they would do on the cardio section. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I mixed it up between the Cardio X and a little Turbo Kick Turbo Section. They rocked it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I tell you what, not a dry shirt in the house. Lots of excitment and energy even after another round of Turbo. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Doing strength one day and Cardio the next to loosen the muscles is really going to help my group. They are so pumped and ready for a change that they are really going to see results in both strength and cardiovascular in no time. We only have 24 days, well less than because we took a day to test and we have Turkey Day coming up as well.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The main thing that this group needs to remember is the eating/nutrition of this program.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;If you work out then, you need to replenish your body with good foods. Ones that will work for you. You eat fatty foods you are going to feel like crap. You eat good foods and you will have more energy.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Here are the pictures from the cardio day. Jab, cross, hook, upper cut. We started at 10:00 due to people using the aerobic room.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;We all got together and went over the program. We then did the normal, well not so normal testing. We did pull-ups, push-ups, vertical leaps and man can Brad jump. Well, that boy is already 7 feet tall. We also did in &amp;amp; outs which are abs, we did biceps curls and oh, I almost forgot we did Wall Squats. I really hate those and everyone did great. I know they do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I guess the question should be "What the heck am I getting into?"  Ha!  Last thing I need is to get into another workout class. I don't have any more boobs, so that is gone too. What the heck.
